Activision Blizzard, Inc., and Activision Publishing, Inc. For the majority of the episode, I share excerpts from the lawsuit exactly as it was written by the attorneys for the State of California. I also share Activison Blizzard's rebuttal against the lawsuit.</p> <p>Listener discretion is advised. This episode is not labeled explicit, but there are explicit details in the lawsuit that may not be comfortable for all listeners.
