Wow. . . look at us, we're back finally with the same old energy. as we get back into the swing of things we just felt it important to give transparent updates on what the pair of us have been up to in the year since we've recorded, discussing the more structured format we'll carry moving forward and introducing our new music and sound guy Abel (@bitchimfromafrica) we look forward to this new season of growth, education and uplifting the community as life keeps kicking our ass.
