About Project: Philippians
Seek joy and you won't find it. Seek Jesus and you'll be delighted to find that joy comes along for the ride. Paul's letter to the Philippian church is one of the most extraordinary documents in the history of literature. This ancient epistle is filled with breath-taking treasures and gems that are just waiting to be revealed to those hungry enough to search for them. Allow me to serve as your trail guide, and together we will dig deeply into every nook and cranny of this phenomenal book. The Project Philippians podcast is an audio commentary, a devotional guidebook, and a spiritual running coach. My goal is to come alongside you and to take you verse by verse through this remarkable treasure trove. I aim, not so much to be a teacher, as to be an encourager -- a spiritual motivator -- coaxing you into deeper love for God and for His Word. My ultimate objective for this podcast is that it might be a "Master Class" on the book of Philippians: not so that we will master the book, but that it will master us. Hosted on Acast.
