Ana Gros
<p>Ana Gros é a convidada desta semana. Natural da Eslovénia e filha de um ex-jogador de voleibol professional, foi desde muito cedo ganhando o gosto pelo desporto. Acabou por escolher o andebol e já aos 14 anos jogava na equipa principal do Krim Mercator, na Eslovénia. Aos 19 anos, as suas qualidades saltaram logo à vista e foi contratada pelo Gyor ETO. A sua juventude e a falta de tempo de jogo fizeram com que abandonasse o clube, mudando-se para o Thuringer HC da Alemanha. Neste período ponderou deixar de jogar, mas o Metz salvo-a no momento certo e a partir daí nunca mais deixou de voar. Além de todas estas experiências falamos dos objetivos que tem com a seleção, do que ainda quer alcançar, das suas rotinas de preparação para os jogos, da pressão que sente nos momentos decisivos, das dificuldades em adormecer após um jogo, do atual modelo da Final 4, da importância de trabalhar com um mental coach e preparador físico, de histórias engraçadas e muito mais. </p> <p>Tudo isto e muito mais porque existe sempre o outro lado da história.</p> <p><br></p> <p>(EN)</p> <p>Ana Gros is this week's guest. Born in Slovenia and the daughter of a former professional volleyball player, she took a liking to the sport from an early age. She ended up choosing handball and already at the age of 14 she was playing in the main team of Krim Mercator, in Slovenia. At the age of 19, her qualities were immediately apparent and she signed for Gyor ETO. Her youth and lack of playing time made her leave the club, moving to Thuringer HC in Germany. During this period, she considered giving up playing, but Metz saved her at the right time and from then on she never stopped flying. In addition to all these experiences, we talk about the goals she has with the national team, what she still wants to achieve, her preparation routines for games, the pressure she feels in decisive moments, the difficulties in falling asleep after a game, the current model of the Final 4, the importance of working with a mental coach and physical trainer, funny stories and much more. </p> <p>All this and much more because there is always the other side of history.</p>

AlFa 2.7 - O mundo da Psicologia do Desporto pelos olhos de Ana Bispo Ramires
<p>A convidada desta semana é Ana Bispo Ramirez! </p> <p>Conhecida como "A psicóloga dos atletas", conta com mais de 25 anos de carreira, onde é especialista em Psicologia do Desporto e, também, em Psicologia Clínica. Ana integra a direção de Medicina do Comité Olímpico Português na área da Psicologia Clínica e Desporto, escreve semanalmente para a Tribuna Expresso, é conferencista em vários eventos em Portugal e no estrangeiro e, mais recentemente, fundou o GAPP (Grupo de Atuação em Psicologia e Performance), um grupo de especialistas em Psicologia do Desporto que fornece serviços de consultoria, com o objetivo de melhorar o desempenho, eficiência e bem-estar. AlFa 2.6 - Até onde (não) irias por um título? Com Carolina Silva, Patrícia Lima e Sandra Santiago
<p>Nesta semana temos o prazer de receber as finalistas da European CUP, Carolina Silva, Patrícia Lima e Sandra Santiago! No passado mês marcaram o Atlético de Guardés ao colocar o clube na primeira final europeia da sua história. Após uma vitória por seis golos na primeira mão, era difícil prever outro desfecho para além daquele que foi o ambiente de festa em La Guardia. Num momento em que jogavam um lugar nas meias finais do campeonato, lutavam também pelo título europeu. As viagens, cansaço, o nível exigente e elevado durante três meses consecutivos podem ter sido pontos chave no resultado final. No entanto, todas as histórias têm sempre mais do que um lado e esta, não é exceção. Além disto, falaremos, ainda, do calendário intenso, da falta de promoção em Portugal numa prova como esta, que não teve transmissão de qualquer meio de comunicação português, da força de um grupo e o quanto isso é importante para vencer jogos, de relativizar derrotas duras em contextos particulares, do regresso à La Guardia e do carinho que o povo Galego tem para com as suas atletas. Tudo isto e muito mais, porque existe sempre o outro lado da história.</p> <p>(EN)</p> <p>This week we are pleased to welcome the European CUP finalists, Carolina Silva, Patrícia Lima and Sandra Santiago! Last month, they marked Atlético de Guardés by putting the club in the first European final in its history. After a six-goal victory in the first leg, it was difficult to predict any outcome other than the festive atmosphere at La Guardia. At a time when they were playing for a place in the semi-finals of the championship, they were also fighting for the European title. The trips, tiredness, the demanding and high level for three consecutive months may have been key points in the final result. However, all stories always have more than one side and this one is no exception.
