<p>Janarthan (Jan) and Nizany (Niz) are a brother and sister duo who invest in serviced accommodation (SA) in london. They were born in germany and emigrated to the UK in the early 2000s. They started investing in 2017 when an unfortunate event got Jan thinking on his feet. They now have 3 SAs (+2 more) in London, and have recently leased an office. And, their just getting started. They embody the concept of getting on with it, true grafters who do not compromise on quality or service. They have morals and really care about the customer/client experience. They are are focused on a system based approach, systemising everything as they go along, from the checking process to the cleaning and guest management. This is especially beneficial if you are aiming to have a ‘passive’ business.
