Episode 7 of Property School. Today I chat to you about the every popular Build To Rent concept. You may have seen a lot of these developments popping up particularly around London, Manchester, Cardiff and Liverpool with names like L&Q, Fizzy Living, Quintain, Grainger etc leading the way.   It's no secret that one of my favourite developments EVER is Quintain in Wembley which is a Build To Rent development where there are so many perks including being pet friendly, having communal spaces on site, roof terraces, gyms, work from home spaces, parking, discounts etc which are just a few of some of the pros.
