Understanding Nature Of Blessing And Curses
“The Messiah redeemed us from the curse pronounced in the Torah by becoming cursed on our behalf; for the Tanakh says, “Everyone who hangs from a stake comes under a curse.” Yeshua the Messiah did this so that in union with him the Gentiles might receive the blessing announced to Avraham, so that through trusting and being faithful, we might receive what was promised, namely, the Spirit.” Galatians (Gal) 3:13-14 CJB. “I will make of you a great nation, I will bless you, and I will make your name great; and you are to be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, but I will curse anyone who curses you; and by you all the families of the earth will be blessed.”” B'resheet (Gen) 12:2-3 CJB. It is important for a believer in the Messiah to be able to discern between a blessing and a curse. 1. Blessing and cursing are vehicles of supernatural empower for good or for evil. - blessing for good and curses for evil. Blessing is a believer’s empowerment to fulfill God’s purposes of his life ... and curse is the aimed at disarming and disempowering a believer from succeeding in God’s purposes and plans. In scripture when nations fought it was a practice that there would curse their enemies and disempower them before the war. Israel begun by sacrifice before war. When David was to fight Goliath, Goliath cursed David by his God; “Then the Philistine said to David, “Am I a dog, that you come to me with sticks?” Then the Philistine cursed David by his gods.” 1 Samuel 17:43 TLV. 2. Generally Blessing and curses continues on form generation to generation.... - a curse can continue from generation to generation until someone discern it and deal with it. - the blessing too will continue from generation to the other. It can be stoped only if there is a legal right for a curse to cancel it.... “Like a sparrow in its flitting, like a swallow in its flying, So a curse without cause does not alight.” Proverbs 26:2 NASB1995. - so there must be a course for the curse To come in our lives or families.... - at times blessing can simultaneously Operater with a curse in a person. David was blessed by God for generations even today. His throne is forever throne. But when David killed Uria and take his wife. The was a curse in his life. But the curse did not cancel the blessing. It is possible that one can enjoy a blessing in our area and endure a curse in the other. 3. Blessing or Curses inherited from previous generations..... - it is possible that we my inherit and enjoy blessing we have never worked for. Some people are not even having relationship with God but are enjoying the blessing of their forefathers who praying for them. Of course one can enjoy a blessing and still go to eternal hell if they dont have a relationship with God... - it is also possible that one can endure a curse for previous generations ... 4. The vehicles of blessing and curses are usually words - whether Spoken, written or pronounced internally ... - you are responsible the words you say to yourself or to other. It is also important for you to cancel every negative words... 5. Blessing and curses can be transmitted by physical objects... - people were healed by touching the garment of Paul. A woman with issue blood touched the Tsietsi of Yeshua’s Garment and was made whole... Paul in 1 Cor 10:16 called communion a cup of blessing ....

THEME: WORSHIP IN THE TABERNACLE OF DAVID TOPIC: OBJECT OF SACRIFICE It is important to understand that in the two Tabernacles, that of Moses and the other of David, the pattern or principles of sacrificing are the same but the objects of sacrifices are different. God, through the mouth of David who was a Prophetic King Priest and many other prophets, has repeatedly shown that he was not pleased with animal sacrifices. It is clear that the animal sacrifices were a temporal arrangement made because of the sins of man. Animals were representation of man’s sacrifice. So the prophets prophesied of the change in the object of sacrifice for a long time. When God asked Abraham to sacrifice Isaac as an offering upon the Altar, it was pointing at who or what was the real object of sacrifice. Because of Isaac being a sinful seed of man, God still used an animal in the place of Isaac. Let’s look at these several scripture. “Sacrifices and grain offerings you don’t want; burnt offerings and sin offerings you don’t demand. Instead, you have given me open ears;” Tehillim (Psa) 40:7 (6) CJB We “Do I eat the flesh of bulls or drink the blood of goats? Offer thanksgiving as your sacrifice to God, pay your vows to the Most High,” Tehillim (Psa) 50:13-14 CJB “For you don’t want sacrifices, or I would give them; you don’t take pleasure in burnt offerings. My sacrifice to God is a broken spirit; God, you won’t spurn a broken, chastened heart.” Tehillim (Psa) 51:18-19 (16-17 NASB) CJB ““Why are all those sacrifices offered to me?” asks ADONAI. “I’m fed up with burnt offerings of rams and the fat of fattened animals! I get no pleasure from the blood of bulls, lambs and goats!” Yesha 'yahu (Isa) 1:11 CJB “For what I desire is mercy, not sacrifices, knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.” Hoshea (Hos) 6:6 CJB “As for you, go and learn what this means: ‘I want compassion rather than animal-sacrifices.’ For I didn’t come to call the ‘righteous,’ but sinners!”” Mattityahu (Mat) 9:13 CJB “If you knew what ‘I want compassion rather than animal-sacrifice’ meant, you would not condemn the innocent.” Mattityahu (Mat) 12:7 CJB When Yeshua came on earth He came with a prepared body, which was to replace the animal sacrifice. “This is why, on coming into the world, he says, “It has not been your will to have an animal sacrifice and a meal offering; rather, you have prepared for me a body.” Messianic Jews (Heb) 10:5 CJB Yeshua the Mashiach presented the holy body without spot and He became the Lamb of God that came to die for the sins of the world or mankind. He ultimately took the place of Isaac in the same mountains of Moria called Golgotha where Isaac’s father was to sacrificed him. Therefore, Yeshua started a new way of sacrifice. He was the High Priest who offered Himself. The Priest and the sacrifice became one. In response to this kind of sacrificing, Paul said: “Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.” Romans 12:1-2 NASB The sacrifice is now the living people not the dead animals. SAME PRINCIPLES BUT DIFFERENT OBJECT OF SACRIFICE

DECLARATION AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF FEAR AND DEATH “WE who live in the shelter of ‘ELYON, Who spend OUR nights in the shadow of SHADDAI, Who say to ADONAI, “OUR refuge! OUR fortress! For WE have made ADONAI, the MOST HIGH, who is OUR refuge, OUR dwelling-place. No disaster will happen to US, no calamity will come near OUR tent (HOMES); For ADONAI will order HIS angels to care for US and guard US wherever we go. They will carry US in their hands, so that WE won’t trip on a stone. WE will tread down lions and snakes, young lions and serpents WE will trample underfoot. “Because WE love ADONI, HE will rescue US; because WE knows HIS NAME, ADONAI will protect us. We will call on Him, and ADOANI will answer us. HE will be with US when WE are in trouble. HE will extricate US and bring US HONOR. HE WILL SATISFY US WITH LONG LIOFE AND SHOW US HIS SALVATION
