Hosts Jeff and Kyle are two former hourly employees who worked the retail counter for a decade before climbing the ranks and opening their very own stores in the Midwest. Both have experienced the highs and lows that the fitness industry can bring, and know what it takes to have lasting success. Along the way they’ve made some incredible friends!
