I think that it depends on what your personal background is. So I wouldn't say that any, that multi -family is easier than retail or it's easier than industrial. So if someone is coming in who's been selling houses, single family homes, maybe they started selling to some investors, they're probably gonna have an easier switch to go into a multi -family line of business because they just have that understanding of the way that people live, right?
