Die meisten haben einen Fahrplan. Möchten ihr Kapital vernünftig anlegen, finanziell wachsen, vielleicht sogar unabhängig sein. Sie entwickeln Geschäftsmodelle. Einer könnte sein, Immobilien kaufen, entwickeln und nach 10 Jahren steuerfrei verkaufen. Doch ist diese Vorstellung Geschichte und so weiterhin umsetzbar?
