God is using anything and everything to shape and prune the person we become. It's our goal for you to begin to look at your life not as a series of random happenings and circumstances, but as moments and opportunities for God to shape and sharpen who you are. Listen in each week as author and speaker Ryan Shieh dives into how God is constantly forming and transforming us into all He has created us to be. Because in the end, you will never grow… unless you are being pruned.
In the last couple of years, the world we live in has gotten more "spiritual." Religion is starting to creep back up the interest charts, and people now are accepting of conversations about faith. Here's the question: What exactly are we believing in? Are we surrendering to the Jesus of the Bible, or have we made up our own version of who we want Jesus to be? Who is Jesus, really? In this week's episode, Ryan is joined by Shane Pruitt, who answers these questions and talks about his recent book, Not My Jesus!
Shane Pruitt is a church planter, a pastor, an author, and a traveling evangelist. Shane has spent over 20 years in ministry and currently serves as the National NextGen Director for the North American Mission Board, while also writing numerous books such as Not My Jesus: Reclaiming Truth, Rejecting the Idols.

Episode 51: Is God Disappointed in Me? (Important Announcement!)
Does God ever get disappointed in us? Is it possible to make him proud of us, and if so, is it equally as possible to let him down? Identity is one of the most challenging things for us to understand as Christians, but it doesn't have to stay that way. In this week's episode, Ryan encourages us to view ourselves the way God views ourselves and how that changes everything about who we are. There's also a very important announcement at the beginning of the show!
