So anytime you are feeling anxious, it is most likely the result of cognitive dissonance. And the way that you resolve cognitive dissonance is to figure out what you are cognitively dissonant about. So what are the two conflicting thoughts that I have in my brain? And then picking aside and living with the consequences.
