Hvem var Niels Nedergaard?
<p>I dette afsnit af Psychopathia Sexualis er vi rykket ud af studiet og ind i et stort og smukt atelier i en gammel sodavandsfabrik på ydre Nørrebro, som kunstneren Viera Collaro i 1981 overtog sammen med en anden kunstner – Niels Nedergaard – som mange peger på, når man spørger til relationen mellem AIDS-krisen og den danske kunstscene. Han levede åbent som homoseksuel og døde af AIDS-relateret sygdom 43 år gammel.</p> <p>Historien begynder i 1970’erne på Kunstakademiet i København, hvor Viera møder Niels første gang. Psychopathia Sexualis er en podcast skabt til udstillingen af samme navn på Overgaden (13.08-10.10 2021), og er produceret af Jan Høgh Stricker og Kasper Vang fra The Lake Radio. Vært Mathias Kryger.
