<p>Dagens gjest, Trond Løkling, er utdannet psykolog fra Universitetet i Bergen og er en erfaren kliniker og organisasjonspsykolog. Foruten å være konsulent hos PwC er han nå også doktorgradsstipendiat ved Institutt for Psykologi ved NTNU. Her bruker han blant annet dynamisk systemteori i sin forskning på konflikter og konflikthåndtering i organisasjoner.</p><p>I episoden møtes Trond, Marit og Jonas for en prat i podcaststudioet på Dragvoll i Trondheim. Leoni is a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Psychology at NTNU, and is also a adjunct professor at the North-West University in South Africa.</p><p>Leoni has conducted research using the self-determination theory, and in this podcast she will give us an introduction and insight into the features, research and practical use of this theory within work and organization. Hosts of the podcast are the professors Marit Christensen and Jonas Vaag.</p>

#1 - Töres Theorell - Krav-kontroll-støttemodellen
<p>I den første episoden av Psykologi i arbeid og organisasjon får Jonas og Marit besøk av professor Töres Theorell som har en lang karriere som blant annet lege, forsker og professor innenfor psykososial helse og stress. Den amerikanske psykologforeningen tildelte Theorell en pris for sitt arbeid og innvirkning på fagfeltet innenfor arbeid og helse, og i denne podcasten snakker vi blant annet om boken han ga ut i 1990 sammen med professor Robert Karasek. Boken het Healthy Work og omhandlet krav-kontroll-støtte-modellen. En modell som er en av de mest etablerte modellene for hvordan vi forstår psykososialt arbeidsmiljø og dets sammenheng med helse og produktivitet.</p><p>Psykologi i arbeid og organisasjon er en samarbeidspodcast mellom NTNU og Høgskolen i Innlandet. Det er professorene Jonas Vaag og Marit Christensen som er inititativtakerne. Men utover i podcastrekken vil vi få med oss mange ulike stemmer som bidrar inn i dette fagfeltet.</p>
