Learning from these mistakes is an important part of development. In this episode, Kane and Mark discuss mistakes they made early in their career and what they would focus on if they were to start over. Tips for Clinicians</p><p>1. Seek out mentors or work in a clinic that pushes you and you have someone to lean on2. You will never know everything3. Have a system/framework4. Finding/creating comparable signs and establishing baselines5. Exhaust what you are investigating6. If you&#39;re going to put your patient in pain, do it once so you don&#39;t have to revisit 7. Assess symptomatic response8. Treating directional preference as an impairment and exhausting it9. Don&#39;t force something that isn&#39;t there 10. Have a plan for what to do if a patient comes back better, worse, or the same11. Reassess your patients, not re-evaluate<br>12. Educate your patient13. Explain your process to the patient 14.
