Absolutely great episode and a proper catch-up, Platy & Shroom sit down with Zeke and Moon to hear what they have been cooking up with their new Skool classes, with different tiers for everyone — from complete beginners who have never grown anything, right through to breeding and advanced classes for experienced mycologists wanting to learn new techniques.
We caught up with what Zeke’s been getting up to in Peru, while Moon filled us in on his current grow-along and those TTBVI that have been trained to grow on coir 👀🍄

PT SporeCast 90SM Takeover: Magic Truffles, Fungal Science, Exotic Mushrooms, K2 & Spice
Frank takes over PT SporeCast and brings Platy & Shroom along for the ride for a wide-ranging 90SM deep dive.
We start with Dr. Steven Pollock, Psilocybe tampanensis and the origins of magic truffles, including Pollock’s pioneering work with sclerotia and his still-unsolved murder on 31 January 1981.
From there, we explore the discovery of the new fungal class Semicentenialomycetes, antifungal resistance and the wider world of fungal science.
