How can we work smarter and not just harder and respect what our people need, right? Right, right. We can say, yes, this is hard. And we've overcome hard things before. This is not new. What lessons have we learned from prior challenges and what can we do now? So instead of saying, you know, we can't do this, start asking, well, what if we did this or how can we do this? Right. And when it comes to your team, start thinking about, you know, how do you celebrate your wins and share those resources and create space for joy, even when things are hard. […]
