[…] Yeah, public input's important to the process. Not only are our customers are basically our owners, but we want to hear what their expectations are. And when you look at that, we've done some outreach in the past and we do it periodically just to see what our customers want. And the primary response we continually get is affordable, reliable power. And so that's always our goal as a public power entity is we're trying to keep our rates as low as we can and be reliable as we can for our customers.
