[…] One of the really interesting areas has been the uptake in the pre-market engagement. And I'm sure this is something that Richard can relate to as well. We have seen a really strong uptick in buyers engaging the market earlier, local government being kind of at the head of the field in this, to try and engage suppliers earlier, engage the market earlier, to get... know a better understanding from the supply chain about how they can fulfill the needs of the buyer so that we're actually having the right conversations earlier on in the procurement process which ultimately should lead to a more efficient procurement and b and arguably much more important better outcomes so more effort having to go in through the population of pre-market engagement notices and running those kind of exercises But ultimately, the output from that should be better procurement, better outcomes, better value for the taxpayer, which is obviously absolutely key, and ultimately more efficient procurement.
