<p>【行遍大街小巷好料理帶你來食】</p> <p>日本海軍的六燃廠新竹支廠，在二戰時代，是飛機燃料生產中心，因此這邊是新竹重要的二戰工業遺址，同時，戰後軍人的遷入，在這裡形成了特殊的眷村文化，2020這裡申請了文化部再造歷史現場計畫，第一期的修復已經完成，正逕行下階段的修復，未來將規畫成為博物館。</p> <p>清華大學對面的肉夾饃，這麼美食源自於中國陝西的小吃泡饃，口感很像燒餅，是老闆用麵粉、在來米等食材揉製的麵粉，不經發酵烤出來的</p> <p>【創意手作好賽雷】</p> <p>新竹縣國寶級竹雕工藝師彭安政，從小與竹子為伍，他無師自通，自學雕刻竹子，從興趣嘗試，變成專業級大師，動物、人物、荷花等，更是他常常展出的系列，尤其荷花的製作更是鬼斧神工之作，且彭安正的作品多次入選全國美展，甚至獲得日本全日展藝術家大賞，竹雕品也常被政商名流文人雅士爭相收藏，是台灣少見的國寶級竹雕大師。</p>

<p>【行遍大街小巷 好料理帶你來食】新村小商號號招客人自備容器，到商店裡頭購物。中山路上面的淵明餅舖，也是新竹地方非常有名的辦手禮，水蒸蛋糕。</p> <p>【創意手作好賽雷】來自台中的陶藝家，周妙文，他創作的特點，會在作品上面雕刻葉子和花的樣子，將大自然融入作品的主題裡面，除了茶壺、杯子等用具的製作，周妙文也創作動物造型或著仕女頭像，她的作品中，以呈現女性細膩，內斂、柔和的形象，在陶藝界聞名。周妙文認為陶藝創作則是個人思緒與心情的印記，在生命中每個人都該有一份屬於自我生命氣息的律動方式，用以呈現生命被存在的價值與意義，而陶藝正是她呈現生命律動與價值的最佳媒材。</p>

<p>【行遍大街小巷好的料理帶你食】</p> <p>新村小商號，新竹市集賢路上，由一間廢棄的平房，改建而成的建築，原本叫做爽一爽五四，後來經過轉手，由新村小商號的老闆拉拉與鳳嬌承接，打造成為一間與鄰居友善互動，以及主打自備容器減少垃圾的雜貨店</p> <p>【創意手作好賽雷】</p> <p>介紹的就是交趾陶手工藝家葉星佑，他所學的功夫一部分來自他的家庭，這份技術，來自家庭的溫暖以及情感，(也讓他懷抱著使命感，即使身處於交趾陶沒落時代，卻仍舊堅持創作，並且將交趾陶傳統的工法，結合自己的觀點，妝點成新的風貌，這位交趾陶工藝家，就是葉星佑。</p>
