Pumpkin Spice OPETH | Pun So Vile Podcast | Episode 17

In this week's episode, we are STILL in CLEVELAND OHIO for the Cleveland Comedy Festival, and we got to meet up with our most frequent guest, Anthony Allen of Cleveland tech death icons INOCULATION and LURKing gore-grind band LIGAMENT. We tell Tony about our new friendship with AMON AMARTH. We hear about the new happenings with Inoculation and get a sneak peak at some song titles. We try and figure out if Joe Satriani is worse to be around that Yngwie. Dylan thinks that people who have no shame about a microp*nis probably get to perform a lot of other favors for hot girls. Is it okay that Dylan doesn't know who Kate Upton is? Can any of us pull off a bullet belt? And much like every time they get together, Dylan and Anthony complain about breakdowns. Also, is Opeth corny? And we figure out what the least metal thing about Anthony is.Introducing Pun So Vile! BAJA BLAST Beats (featuring ATOMIC WITCH) | Episode 16 | Pun So Vile Podcast

In this week's episode, we are in CLEVELAND OHIO for the Cleveland Comedy Festival, so we got to stop in and record a fun episode with (most of) ATOMIC WITCH. An eclectic death-thrash metal band from Cleveland that some people (Dylan) say sounds like if you asked ChatGPT to mix Dark Angel and Cyndi Lauper. Jesse, Jonah, Dave, and Greg all join us this week to discuss what the hell is going on with Yngwie's face. How sick is the metal artwork coming out of the Philippines on Fiverr? Does Dave Mustaine even deserve a one--man show? Since Dylan has left the Cleveland metal scene the only major change is a recurring show in the parking lot of a Taco Bell 3 blocks from his old house. Greg shares some very not metal info about an unnamed yet very influential member of the metal scene. And we all discuss what the least metal thing about us is. Introducing Pun So Vile! PISS CRYSTALS | Pun So Vile podcast | Episode 15

In this week's episode, we talk denim, as any good metalhead would. Dylan Etsy'd up some new Cannibal Corpse short shorts and he's letting his thighs shine, which leads to a story about a fat chick trying to steal his shirt at a show. The boys go over how about how short Glen Benton is. Drew learns how waterspouts are played. Is Ian Gillan from Deep Purple still a highway star? Can anyone actually name 3 songs? SWEATING BULLETS and Drink Tickets | Pun So Vile Podcast | Episode 14

In this week's episode, the Pun So Vile boys try and schedule a sleepover with King Diamond. The fat one reiterates that being jacked isn't metal and the skinny one agrees. Drew takes a break from King Gizzard and talks about the new Ghost "movie". Dylan struggles to enjoy the band Dethklok due to the similarities to the Partridge Family. Speaking of families, Dylan asks what metal bands Drew would be upset about his future kids listening to. Dylan can't add much to this hypothetical since he is barren. And two important questions are asked: "What would Dave Mustaine be like as a drunk comedy club heckler?" and "What is the most metal month of the year?" Introducing Pun So Vile! ALL SHALL FALL (Off the Wagon) | Pun So Vile Podcast | Episode 13

Much like every week now, the boys recap their most recent occurrence of going extremely viral. Drew shockingly steers the conversation to King Gizzard and it turns out one of the guys from King Gizz looks like Otto Rocket. Is Phil Anselmo the best STOMPER in metal? Is Mills Lane a real person? Dylan goes to see Profanatica and runs into the most influential man in the Los Angeles metal scene. Abbath falls down a hill of relapse, Dylan is jealous.Introducing Pun So Vile! All's Fair in Love and MANOWAR | Pun So Vile Podcast | Episode 12

Why is it cool when 3 INCHES OF BLOOD sings about how cool metal is but it's kinda cheesy when MANOWAR does it? Perez Hilton accidentally auditions to be the new vocalist of Shining. Dylan thinks that Slipknot shouldn't fire their band members just for having very Slipknot tendencies. And Dylan listens to the band Divine Heresy for the first time, after Dino Cazares finally sees the clip of us making fun of him.Introducing Pun So Vile! Would Mr Rogers CROWD KILL? | Pun So Vile | Episode 11

This episode starts off hot, with Dylan wondering how Riki Rachtman is in bed. He then tells a story of his Riki Rachtman disdain which stems back to 8th grade. The boys went viral again in a clip that Dylan doesn’t speak in. Drew remembers his love of Invader Zim girls when he was in high school. Dylan gets worried that he's gonna have to start wearing shirts that he has already worn on the podcast before (because merch is EVERYTHING) Which muppet is the most metal? There's more drama with the band End It which leads to the boys wondering what Mr Rogers would be like as a hardcore kid. Introducing Pun So Vile! AT THE HEART (Disease) OF WINTER | Episode 10 | Pun So Vile

In this episode, Drew talks about when his dad went to rehab and Dylan can relate to far too much of it. Drew gives Dylan a crash course on power metal and gets pretty heated about it. Dylan is the Paul Revere of celebrity death. And they revisit the (now incredibly famous) "Is it more metal to be fat or skinny?" bit but this time it's loaded with food puns. Is it Metal to be fat? | Pun So Vile | Episode 9

This is the first episode recorded after the internet turned on Dylan for Blood Incantation comments. The boys wonder if internet metal fans were always this irritable. Dylan defends the honor of all the small t*tted baddies out there. Also, the age old question "Is it more metal to be fat or skinny?" What if black metal musicians had stage names like black comics? Dylan found his old pictures from the 2004 Gigantour. And they stop fighting against the inevitable and talk about Joe C, Kid Rock's protege (or something) Introducing Pun So Vile! STATIC-X-ISTENTIAL Crisis

In this episode, Dylan and Drew discuss the existence and reasoning for the band Static-X. Who would obviously make a bad Land of Confusion cover? Dylan steers the conversation to pop music again. Then Drew brings up the band Silencer and Dylan explains why the band is extremely uncool. The boys both get overly critical about Imperial Triumphant and Dylan explains his long relationship with I.C.E. (but the good one, Imperial Crystaline Entombment) Introducing Pun So Vile! Dylan wants to start a "comedy" OnlyFans and spite every girl who has ever ghosted him. Introducing Pun So Vile! Dylan and Drew discuss if Ghost is the best band to eat ass to. How much of a mistake is it to go through your "no corpse paint" era as a black metal band? The boys reminisce on times they called out girls for being posers. And Dylan gets mad about when people call metal "hardcore" or "screamo" because it is by definition hardcore and there is screaming.
