Obras por Administración Directa: una urgente problemática por resolver

<p>El contralor Nelson Shack señalo que el país no está preparado para afrontar el fenómeno del Niño Global u otra emergencia porque las autoridades aún no concretan los planes para identificar y reducir los riesgos. Sin embargo, confía que se activen los planes para mitigar y enfrentar eficazmente todo aquello que pudiera afectar el bienestar del país.</p>
