Reiki doesn’t always need a quiet room, a long practice, or the perfect moment.
Sometimes, all you need is 30 seconds.
In this episode of Pure Love and Intention, we explore a simple way to bring Reiki into real life, especially in those ordinary moments when you’re rushing, feeling irritated, preparing for an important conversation, about to exercise, or simply trying to reset after a difficult day.
The practice is simple:
Hands. Breath. Intention. Thirty seconds.
It’s not about escaping what you’re feeling. It’s about creating a small space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and consciously choose how you want to respond.
Because over time, Reiki can become more than something we practice. It can become part of how we move through life.
Take 30 seconds with me today. You might be surprised by how much can shift in such a small moment.

Bringing Intention Into Your Healing Practice
In this episode, we explore the role of intention in Reiki and other healing practices. Learn how intention guides our attention, shapes the quality of our presence, and helps us create a more mindful and respectful healing space.
We also look at the difference between intention and expectation, why healing should never be forced, and how to set an intention without becoming attached to a specific outcome. The episode ends with a simple guided practice you can use before meditation, energy healing, exercise, work, or any meaningful moment in your day.
Set the intention. Stay present. Release the outcome.
