<p>-Code for Japanみたいな組織は他にもあるので、紹介していくためもあって、イベントを沢山やってる</p> <p>-山形さんが今度出す「OPEN」も、オープンにするほうが社会は進化するんだけど、いうのは簡単だけどついつい理想主義者ほど規制を作ってポリコレクローズドにしてしまう</p> <p>-Joi Itoとメディアラボ、「ハードウェアハッカー」は、見事なオープンイノベーションだった</p> <p>-できる範囲で、そういう活動を色んな人にアピールすると、世の中がいい方向に向かうんじゃないか</p> <p>-僕自身もクローズドにしてたところがいろいろあるので、それを変えていけると良い</p>

<p>・なんでこの本を翻訳しようと思ったんですか？</p> <p>-コミュニティの話が盛り上がると良いと思った</p> <p>-高須は「やりたいと思った人がいつでもコミットできること」が世の中の生産性を上げると思ってる</p> <p>-コミットすることそのものが楽しいし、成果が大きくなるとお金で返ってくることもある</p> <p>・日本にとってコミュニティは必要なんでしょうか？</p> <p>-日本ではこういうオープンイノベーションがどうもつらい</p> <p>-いろんなところで、社員だけとか事前に決めたメンバーだけになる</p> <p>-中国がそもそもクローズドに疎いところで、Googleとかのやりかたをちゃんとマネしてオープンイノベーションに真面目に取り組んでる</p> <p>・例外的成功例としてのCode for Japan</p> <p>-国の問題でなくて組織の問題 ではうまく言ってるので、解説を書いてもらったし、Code for Japanみたいな事例はもっと増えると思う</p> <p>-Code for Japanと他のコミュニティ（例えば僕のコミュニティ）の違いは、ついつい古参がえばるし、初心者サポートをちゃんとやらない。Code for Japanはすごくそれをちゃんとやっている</p> <p>-月次のミーティング、Slackでのコミュニケーションもちゃんとやっている。ちゃんとやらないとうまくいかない。</p>

<p>・オープンなコミュニティというと、なんかゆるさを想像しますけど、本書ではかなり具体的にミッションや目標、KPIの設定や、定期的な意思統一といったかっちりした手法を紹介しているのが意外でした。以前にShao0155さんから、「アジャイル開発はきっちりしたすりあわせのルールやツールが不可欠で、実は難しい」という話を聞いたのを思い出しましたが。</p> <p>→ -会社がコミュニティやろうとして失敗する例をうまく潰してる たとえば？</p> <p>-ほっておくとうまくいかないので、自覚的に目標作ったりするのがだいじ</p>
