We're exhausted from the expectations that we've placed on ourselves. Like we feel like we need to attend everything. Now, granted, you do need to support your children. Don't take that the wrong way. You're trying to volunteer for everything, create these wonderful special experiences and keep our children constantly engaged. It comes a balance with some of this. Now, social media can make ordinary motherhood feel inadequate. Right. We've made some things that should be optional that they feel that they start to begin to feel mandatory. […]
