<p>So I took a whole week off social media and here is what happened…</p><p><br></p><p>Spoiler alert, my business didn’t burn to the ground and I learnt a lot of valuable lessons that you’ll have to tune in to listen to!</p><p><br></p><p>Honestly, I really do recommend taking some space from your socials occasionally and getting some perspective on your biz and how you show up. <p>This episode is about the elephant in many entrepreneur’s rooms (including mine) - mental health, specifically anxiety.
