What Happens When You Have A Week Off Socials
So I took a whole week off social media and here is what happened…
Spoiler alert, my business didn’t burn to the ground and I learnt a lot of valuable lessons that you’ll have to tune in to listen to!
Honestly, I really do recommend taking some space from your socials occasionally and getting some perspective on your biz and how you show up. Eye opening and I have so many yummy boundaries I am putting in to place because of it.
Plus, I GAINED clients so that’s PROOF right that this is nothing but what it is - A break.

I have experienced anxiety for as long as I can remember and it’s something I thought I had “in the bag” so to speak up until recently, when it has started to impact me greatly and it was time to share and act 🫶🏻
