Kun jij loslaten en jezelf niet verdedigen? Wat maakt het uit wat iemand anders van jou denkt. Of wanneer je wordt bekritiseert, kun je denken dat het oké is en laat je los zonder dat je je onverschillig voelt en ben je dan nog net zo hartelijk?
