על חקלאות, ספנות ומזג האוויר. עם צים ו-ICL
<p><strong>הפעם אנחנו עם שיחה על האוכל שלנו, על מה שאנחנו מזמינים מעבר לים ומה קורה מאחורי הקלעים כשמזג האוויר משתגע.</strong> </p><p>גלית כהן, מנהלת בישראל של קרן האקלים JCT ולשעבר מנכ"לית המשרד להגנת הסביבה, משוחחת עם אריאלה אשורי, ראש תחום ESG בצים ועם רועי משיח, מנהל שיווק דשנים מיוחדים ב-ICL, ומנסה להבין כיצד שינוי אקלים הוא לא סעיף בדוח קיימות, אלא חלק מהאופן שבו מנהלים סיכונים, מקבלים החלטות השקעה ושומרים על הכושר התחרותי ועל החוסן של החברות. </p><p>אריאלה משתפת במהלך משמעותי של חידוש צי האוניות של צים. כיום כ-40% מהצי מופעל על גז טבעי נוזלי, צעד שמצמצם פליטות, עונה על רגולציה עתידית ומייצר יתרון תחרותי ממשי. כדי להמחיש את השפעת שינוי האקלים על עולם הספנות, אריאלה מספרת מה קרה בתעלת פנמה: כשיורד פחות גשם רמת המים בתעלה יורדת, וכתוצאה מכך אוניות יכולות לשאת פחות מכולות, לוחות הזמנים משתבשים והעלויות עולות. כך סיכוני אקלים משתלבים במנגנון ניהול הסיכונים הכולל של החברה. </p><p>רועי מ-ICL מספר על האתגרים הגוברים להאכיל את אוכלוסיית העולם בשל שינוי האקלים - פחות שטח, יותר פיות להאכיל, מזג אוויר פחות צפוי. במענה לכך, ICL פיתחה פתרונות חקלאיים חכמים שמאפשרים לגדל יותר מזון על פחות שטח ועם פחות מים, תוך צמצום טביעת הרגל הפחמנית של החקלאות עצמה. </p><p>השיחה הוקלטה במסגרת כנס מעלה, דצמ׳ 2025.</p><p>תמונות: דרור סיתהכל</p>

סוגיה כואבת, שיחה פתוחה. עם מנכ״ל פנימה על הקיטוב בחברה הישראלית
<p>לקראת יום הזיכרון ויום העצמאות, בחרנו לשוחח על אחת הסוגיות הכואבות של החברה הישראלית: הקיטוב. </p><p>שוחחנו עם אורי עפרוני, מנכ״ל תנועת ״פנימה״, ארגון המפתח ומקדם פתרונות מדיניות לסוגיות ציבוריות שנויות במחלוקת. אורי מסביר שהקיטוב מורכב משלוש תופעות: קיטוב רגשי - שנאה הדדית בין קבוצות, קיטוב חברתי - הפרדה בחיי היומיום, וקיטוב אידאולוגי. כולן מחריפות כשאין עוגנים משותפים. מה שמאפיין את הקיטוב היום הוא הזליגה למרחבים האישיים: פעם המחלוקת נשארה "במגרש" - נגמר המשחק, לחצו ידיים וחזרו להיות חברים. היום היא מלווה אותנו ולא מרפה: לוואטסאפ, לבית ולמשפחה ועוד, וזה פוגע ביכולת להגיע להסכמות גם בהקשרים שאין להם שום קשר לפוליטיקה. </p><p>אחד המקומות שבהם כן אפשר לייצר עוגן משותף הוא מקום העבודה המהווה את אחד המרחבים הבודדים בחיים הבוגרים שבו אנשים שונים זה מזה נפגשים, עובדים יחד ויוצרים יחסי אמון. </p><p>השיחה נעה בין ניתוח רציונלי לממד הריגשי, ומסתיימת במבט אופטימי קדימה: ״בחברה הישראלית יש כוחות אדירים והון אנושי מדהים״, ולצד הלהבות, אורי מזכיר, יש לנו גם חוטים מחברים שהם חזקים לא פחות.</p>
