<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">در پارت سوم از مبحث حکمرانی، به موضوع حکمرانی در بازار پرداخت ورود کردهایم. حکمرانی مطلوب و فهم چگونگی و چیستی روندها و قواعد حاکم بر بازار پرداخت، مستلزم آشنایی با هفت ویژگی مهم این بازار است. در این اپیزود به سه مورد نخست پرداخته و به تفصیل راجع آنها سخن گفتهایم. اطلاع از این قواعد به ما در فهم ناکارآمدی اقدامات و تصمیمات حاکمیت دربارهی این بازار، دلایل موفقیت و شکست بنگاهها و گسترش یافتن فساد و ناکارایی کمک میکند.</span></p>
