<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Computex<span style="font-family:"新細明體",serif">黃仁勳來演講介紹了一堆廠商,網友們幽默地表示漏掉了乖乖,而這個說法,在社群上我也觀察到了很兩極的觀點,一派覺得乖乖很重要,另一派覺得乖乖這種只是邪門歪道,應該要更積極的去找出問題而不是依靠心靈慰藉。</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Google<span style="font-family:"新細明體",serif">的</span>SRE book<span style="font-family:"新細明體",serif">開頭就是</span>”Hope is not a strategy<span style="font-family:"新細明體",serif">”,有一位</span>SRE Stephen Thorne<span style="font-family:"新細明體",serif">解釋這句話的意思是說「我們需要應用最佳實踐,而不是僅僅讓軟件和新功能上線並相信它們會成功。我們用這句話來指責那些在沒有應用適當原則和最佳實踐的情況下讓事情發生的人(例如產品發布或運行系統)」。</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"新細明體",serif">就工程師來說,有一部分的壓力都是來自於「最佳實踐」</span> Best Practice<span style="font-family:"新細明體",serif">這個詞,但其實沒有人能夠知道最佳實踐長什麼樣子,或者是最佳實踐是要花費很高的成本,但公司卻沒給這麼多,所以做不到最佳實踐。但無論如何,我會說追求最佳實踐是絕對正確的,只是我們沒辦法做到最佳實踐時,所帶來的焦慮和不安該怎麼辦?</span></span></span></p>
