<p>《牽手之聲網路電台-CanCheers》 <br /> <br />｜節目名稱：心情轉運站｜ <br />在心情轉運站的第一個單元是藝文進行式，我為聽友們帶來一些關於藝文活動及展覽資訊；也會邀請一些策展企劃來分享展覽前後的一些流程，並介紹藝術家創作理念。 <br /> <br />第二個單元是病友好生活，透過訪談一些病友，分享自己如何抗癌成功，並且回歸原來生活的過程。 <br /> <br />節目的第三個單元是我愛糜糜之音，藉由節目分享自己喜歡的歌，也會邀請一些來賓跟大家分享自己喜歡的歌。 <br /> <br />而在「漫談身、心、靈」單元，艾倫會邀請一些專業人士來跟大家解答中年熟女們會面臨到的問題，如：更年期帶來身體外觀的改變時，要如何保養才不會因為變老而缺乏自信；因為退休，一時生活失去重心，要如何調整心態；要如何找到適合自己的紓壓方式等。希望中年熟女們不要害怕，以充滿自信及活力的態度慢慢變老。 <br /> <br />真心希望自己可以透過節目來幫助一些仍在跟病魔對抗的病友，走出陰霾，克服身心煎熬，回到往日健康幸福的生活。也希望藉由心情轉運站，讓牽手之聲的聽友們，可以在聽完節目以後，換來一個好心情～ <br /> <br />｜主持人：艾倫｜ <br />我是2007年6月因為腋下疼痛而摸到一顆硬硬的腫塊，以為是生理期造成的疼痛，後來越來越痛，且原來在腋下摸到的腫塊，卻在胸部下緣也摸到了。因為害怕，所以到院檢查，最終確診為乳癌。 <br /> <br />開刀之後，我決定用跳舞、做手工皂來轉移自己害怕的情緒；後來又接觸了宗教，才漸漸地克服恐懼，也能勇敢地面對後來也確診乳癌的母親。兩年前母親因為復發轉移而離開，身心俱疲的我，因為太痛苦，選擇上一些自己喜歡的課程，如：烘焙及牽手之聲的廣播課程來轉移痛苦的情緒。漸漸地，我從牽手之聲的廣播課程中獲得了意想不到的成就感……。 <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
