人際互動中最舒服的頻率 人際互動除了可以得到外在的名聲，地位甚至是金錢，大腦其實更渴望的是跟人有一種親密的互動節奏感，讓自己更能夠融入社會性，研究發現當大腦在思考的時候，好像我們就正在身歷其境一樣，所以有一些朋友如果我們跟他相處的時候會感覺到一種互相陪伴或者是幫助，離開時大腦回想起這一段的經驗，依然會有正向的情感回饋，也會有動機希望去照顧對方，於是就會跟對方聯絡，關心對方，幫助對方，往來聯絡互相幫襯也就多了。 相對的，如果你的朋友常常告訴你，他很好，他完全沒有任何的困擾，自然你的注意力可能會轉向在身邊更需要陪伴的朋友，所以人跟人之間互動的頻率，有時候是從雙方是否有提出需求，或者是讓對方知道自己的重要性存在，而產生多久才聯絡的節奏感。
