皆さんこんにちは！またまた1ヶ月ぶりの更新となってしまいました🫨年の瀬の忙しい時期、いかがお過ごしですか？年始の配信で決意した目標についての振り返りを行うつもりが二人ともそのを内容ほぼ覚えておらず、2023年に感じたこと・経験したことを元に自由に語り合いました💐このPodcastを始めて1年間経ちましたが、本当に色んなことがあったなと過去の配信を自分で聴いてしみじみする今日この頃です😌楽しいしんどいこと色々ありますが、2023年みなさんよく年末までsurviveしました！それだけでもすごくえらい😼！2024年も寝ても醒めてもをよろしくお願いします😙💓

お久しぶりです～ またまた期間が空いてました！ 年末にかけて皆さん忙しい日々を駆け抜けていらっしゃることと思います🐴 収録していなかった間、わたくし(向井)少々メンタルをやってしまっておりました😭💔初めてメンタルクリニックにかかった経験と学びについてシェアしたい！と思って録りました🤗 最近TikTokでバズった9時5時で働くのがつらい、と泣きながら話す海外女性の動画を見ました💡🥺個人的にはかなり共感しちゃったのですが、批判的なコメントが多いと知ってビビってしまいました(笑) つらい、しんどい！と言うのは弱いからでしょうか？甘えでしょうか？😂 個人的には時代と共に人々の働き方や経済モデルは変わってきたのだから、企業のメンタリティも率先して変化、成長していってほしいなと思いますが... 憲法第25条では、 すべての国民に対し健康で文化的な最低限度の生活を営む権利を保障し、国はすべての生活部面について社会福祉・社旗保障及び公衆衛生の向上と増進に努めなければならないと規定されています☺️ 働くことはとても尊いことですが、まずは働いているあなた自身の心身の健康第一です🌿 みなさん本当にお疲れ様です。今年もあと少し頑張りましょう。

下半期になり、年末に向けて忙しいシーズンになってまいりましたね😩皆さんいかがお過ごし？ 今回は久しぶりに性について切り込んでおります！ 雑誌のゾーニングなんでないの？最近エロ広告がやたら出てくるのなんで？漫画の広告グロテスクすぎない？女性向けAVってどんななの？服装のジャッジしんどくない？などなど...我らの左手に宿るフェミの疼きが止まらなかった回です👾👽👿
