臺中市政府勞工局積極開發職缺，依據各行業別廠商特性及需求，辦理單一徵才、中小型聯合徵才及就業博覽會，持續提供多元就業媒合管道，協助求職者順利就業及廠商覓得好人才。臺中市就業服務處就業促進課致力於協助青年順利接軌職場，提供客製化就業諮詢、職涯規劃、職場體驗及相關就業獎勵金申請。積極落實「Job青就熟」計畫，針對15至24歲青年提供一對一深度就業服務，包含職場實作及友善雇主連結。 另外「婦女展薪再就業計畫」，分為「找方向、增人才、促就業」三大面向、提供十大服務措施，「找方向」為提供就業促進講座及諮詢 、履歷及面試指導等資源，強化就業準備；「增人才」則是開發彈性多元就業機會及連結職業訓練資源，提高投入職場再就業意願；最後「促就業」則運用婦女再就業獎勵等就業促進獎補(助)措施穩定就業，透過台中市27個就業服務據點提供一站式就業服務，協助婦女重返職場，提升經濟自主性！ (以上廣告由台中市勞工局提供) -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
