聖元，是神明代言人也是聖真門這個修行團體的指導師父，試著從自然的能量現象去理解道德經所講述的道理，每個星期三更新一集，希望讓大家慢慢認識道德經，這一次你真的能夠學會道德經了。 如果你想跟聖元聯絡，歡迎加入 LINE : @fms924 **點擊加入LINE **https://lin.ee/bXdKrFZ Instagram : kash924 聖元 mail : kash@924.com.tw 聖真門 ：https://www.924.com.tw ………………..以下文章 聖元撰寫 請參考了……………. 《道德經 ‧ 守中章第五》 經文： 天地不仁，以萬物爲芻狗；聖人不仁，以百姓爲芻狗。 天地之間，其猶橐（音同駝）龠（音同月）乎！虛而不屈，動而愈出。 多言數窮，不如守中。 天地不仁，以萬物爲芻狗；聖人不仁，以百姓爲芻狗。 解釋： 天地在這指大道的存在，天地無私，對萬物是一視同仁，即使對天地來說萬物卑賤如芻狗一般的渺小，但天地還是沒有分別的去對待萬物。 聖人也是效法天地的道理，也是平等沒有分別得去看待百姓。 天地之間，其猶橐龠乎！虛而不屈，動而愈出。 解釋： 天地之間，就像一個運作的風箱，中間雖然是空心的，但並不是真的空空沒有作用，而是深藏玄機，一有動作，則能量源源不絕而出，鼓動風出，生生不息。老子以此比喻，象徵天地之間的道理，人也如同風箱一樣，學習謙虛以自處，但其內有物，靜而止，動而變，能屈能伸，能藏能放。 多言數窮，不如守中。 解釋： 言多必失，而且還會虛耗精神，不如謹守中道，言行得當，反而更好。

[輕鬆學道德經]EP04 : 道德經第四章：不盈章 . 聖元｜聖真門 伏魔學苑 聖元，是神明代言人也是聖真門這個修行團體的指導師父，試著從自然的能量現象去理解道德經所講述的道理，每個星期三更新一集，希望讓大家慢慢認識道德經，這一次你真的能夠學會道德經了。 如果你想跟聖元聯絡，歡迎加入 LINE : @fms924 **點擊加入LINE **https://lin.ee/bXdKrFZ Instagram : kash924 聖元 mail : kash@924.com.tw 聖真門 ：https://www.924.com.tw ………………..以下文章 聖元撰寫 請參考了……………. 《道德經 ‧ 不盈章第四》 經文： 道沖而用之，或不盈。淵兮似萬物之宗。 挫其銳，解其紛，和其光，同其塵。湛兮似若存。 吾不知誰之子，象帝之先。 道沖而用之，或不盈。淵兮似萬物之宗。 解釋： 道必須經由沖合才會產生作用，就像超級電腦如果只是放著，人類沒有去使用和下指令，超級電腦並不會產生任何作用。 大道有虛柔之性質，大道的能量充斥於全部整個宇宙空間，看起來應該是盈滿全部，但事實是其博大精深，廣博深厚，永遠沒有盈滿的一天。 大道的淵博深厚，就好像是萬物的宗主一樣，是創造萬物的源頭。 挫其銳，解其紛，和其光，同其塵。湛兮似若存。 解釋： 修道的人要學習大道的精神，把銳利的角磨圓，清淨化解紛亂的根源，柔和的融入於光芒之中，也融於一切污穢之中。 這個是在說明修道人，要能夠有同理心，同體大悲，能與他人站在同樣的立場與角度，因此不會造成紛爭與比較的行為，而能理解他人的想法。 大道是清湛的，他的清淨宛如空寂不存在一樣，但事實上是真實存在的。 吾不知誰之子，象帝之先。 解釋： 老子說，我不知道這神秘莫測的大道是誰的小孩，這是老子在說不知道大道的源頭是誰？因為老子其實是認為大道就如同是一切的主宰帝君，早在無極之前，宇宙之初就已經存在了。

[輕鬆學道德經]EP03 : 道德經第三章：安民章 . 聖元｜聖真門 伏魔學苑 道德經 第三章 安民章 不尚賢，使民不爭； 不貴難得之貨，使民不為盜； 不見可欲，使民心不亂； 是以聖人之治，虛其心、實其腹、弱其志、強其骨。 常使民無知無欲，使夫知者不敢為也。 為無為，則無不治。 不尚賢，使民不爭； 不貴難得之貨，使民不為盜； 不見可欲，使民心不亂； 解釋： 不要去崇尚賢能與尊貴，這樣人民就不會去爭這虛名。 不去標榜難得珍貴的奇珍異品，這樣人民就不會因為自己沒有,而興起偷盜之心。 不去接觸會勾引慾望的事物，讓人民心不會散亂。 是以聖人之治，虛其心、實其腹、弱其志、強其骨。 解釋： 所以聖人在教導人民的方法，是先教人要能清淨自己的心念，充實內在，虛弱他的意志，讓他不會過度固執而能柔和，堅強人的體魄。 常使民無知無欲，使夫知者不敢為也。 為無為，則無不治。 解釋： 常使人民回到純樸沒有慾望的狀態，使善巧投機的人不敢繼續惡行。 在這樣的情況下，一切都能順其自然，那麼就沒有什麼不能治理的。
