It is crucial to keep in mind that oppression comes in all shapes and forms and because of that, one needs to take a look back and understand how every society that ever existed had it’s very own types of both: freedom of expression and oppression. Freedom vs oppression drives societies. We are social beings we depend on one another for survival. So the question arises: how is freedom of expression depicted in one's own culture?
