Ep 14. Do Less with Kate Northrup
Entrepreneur, author and business coach Kate Northrup speaks with Justin about her Do Less methodology. Kate has worked with thousands of business owners to help them harmonize their work with the natural cycles of the body and nature. Ep 12: Healing Police-Community Relations with Barbara Chen
Barbara Chen spent seven years as a civilian in the New York Police Department, ultimately serving as Director of Media Relations.
