Shieldless Magazine is a skater-run online mag that focuses on entrepreneurial and creative skateboarders. "Quarantine Call with Shieldless Mag" was created to check in on our friends and see how they have been affected by the COVID-19 virus and the mandated quarantines that have ensued. We also just check up and shoot the shit about life and skateboarding. Check out more content at shieldlessmag.com
Thank you for an amazing first season of Quarantine Call with Shieldless Mag! In this episode, the founders of Shieldless Mag and hosts of Quarantine Call reflect on one year of doing the magazine as well as the first season of the podcast. We go over some of the highlights from running our website and doing interviews and videos over the last year. We then get into some of our favorite episodes of the podcast and talk about some of the guests we've had on. We also talk about recently losing our friend Ryan Bowers to suicide and creating his tribute video we posted to our IGTV. It's always been our goal to create awareness around mental health and suicide prevention and we encourage anyone struggling to reach out to us or professionals for help. We end the episode off with not one but two giveaways! DM your answers to us on Instagram @shieldlessmag for your chance to win. Find more content at shieldlessmag.com. Stay safe and stay positive, cheers.
