Grab yourself a snack for this one, but don't bother with a cup of tea - I provided plenty of tea in this episode!
I haven't spoken much about my time within the fitness industry and the (mostly negative) experiences I've had because I just didn't feel ready, or I didn't want to face the reality of having gone through a hard time within a profession I had actively chosen.
But now that I'm out of that space for good I need to finally get it all off of my chest.
