I had the amazing opportunity to interview the incredible <a href="https://instagram.com/kristysellars">Kristy Sellars</a>, a world-renowned pole choreographer and performer based in Ballarat, Australia. She was the first in the world to incorporate video projection interaction with pole work which she is now most famous for. In 2007, she tried pole dancing and was instantly hooked. She founded <a href="https://instagram.com/physipole">PhysiPole Studios</a> in 2009 which has grown to be the largest franchise of its kind in the world with 17 studio locations. After numerous teaching and performing tours around the world, she then had her three children and set herself a goal to enter Australia’s Got Talent in 2019 when her youngest was 6 months old.
