Why hello sweet podsters.
This week, Olivia discusses her itchy hands (and warm heart) as in true, sapphic form, she has acquired a cat! We go deep on Barbie just in time for the end of the #discourse which let's face it, is very us!
We discuss the character arc of Ken v Barbie and how it's impossible to please everyone when you create a movie to please everyone (spoiler alert, we still liked it very much) and the importance of platforming women's silliness- we are silly, ok?!
We also go deep on The Bear Season 2 and our crushes on every single character- (Matty Matheson anyone?!) as well as *that* episode, 'Fishes.'

Who Cares?
Look before you ask, yes, we have had a glass of wine.
Join us for this BUMPER episode where we let you know all about what we've been up to! From Barbie excitement (yes this episode was recorded before the big Barb release), some top pick books we've read recently and some gorgeous trips we've galavanted on.
Then we go IN on 'A Little Life', and whether or not we agree with the stage adaptation and maybe, actually, it's existence altogether.
And don't worry we also then have a LOT to say about the return of 'And Just Like That'...anyone else worried about Miranda's queer awakening?
Also, trust me, TRUST me you are going to want to listen right to the end to hear the outro where we truly lost our minds.
Look. We know it's long. Listen in two parts. Listen in four. Listen all in one go. Don't listen at all. Who cares?

I GOT A TASTE 4 BLOOD
Hello hello jolly podcast sailors, 'tis us, your favourite gals about town with another monthly serving of QUEER LONGING.
This month, we recap our jet set lifestyle (Lucy went to Rome and ate delicious food, Olivia went to Valencia and ate mediocre food) as well as the myriad benefits of an air fryer (hello thirties, is that you?).
We talk about our upcoming trip to see A Little Life on the West End, and discuss how our relationship to art can change with time and context.
We cover Eurovision and how we got the best Chinese takeaway of our lives that one time (never to be repeated) and importantly, what the future holds for the Gaylor of our dreams post (alleged) Joe Alwyn break up.
We talk all our favourite telly bits from Succession to The Power as well as scary childhood memories and the importance of always splitting the G.
You'd truly be mad to miss it.
