The High School Gap and Human Reintegration in Japan

日本の高校中退率は約1.1％から1.3％と低く見えます。しかし、これは毎年約3万5千人から4万人の若者を意味します。その多くが後にNEET、SNEP、ひきこもりになる可能性があります。これは単なる教育の問題ではありません。社会と経済の問題です。現場で活動していると、三つのギャップが見えてきます。一つ目は職業ギャップです。資格を得ないまま学校を離れると、スキルが認められず、自信を失います。二つ目は不登校の流れです。卒業はしていても長期間欠席していた場合、社会に出る準備が十分ではありません。三つ目は再挑戦の難しさです。通信制などに進んでも、支援がなければ継続が難しいケースが多くあります。履歴書を重視する日本社会では、16歳や17歳での空白は長く影響します。やがてその空白が孤立につながります。私たちはこれを「高校ギャップ」と呼んでいます。この課題に対応するため、Quietudeでは「Human Reintegration OS（人間再統合OS）」を進めています。これは教育だけではありません。教育・仕事・コミュニティ・意味やアイデンティティを含む構造的な環境です。また、再統合には三つの重要な要素があります。一つ目は収入の機会です。小さな収入でも自信につながります。地域の仕事や小さな働き方がNEET状態からの第一歩になります。二つ目は教育の再設計です。学校に戻る感覚ではなく、実践的で取り組みやすい学びが必要です。三つ目は社会とのつながりです。低い負担で少しずつ人と関わることが重要です。これらの要素が、孤立から社会参加への道を作ります。人間再統合は慈善活動ではありません。社会の基盤です。Quietudeは、高校ギャップを解決し、長期的な社会参加を支えるためにHuman Reintegration OSを進めています。

人生は投資する価値がある | Life Is Worth Investing

多くの人は、簡単で幸せな人生を求める。しかし現実には、意味のある安定した人生は、継続的な学び、生産性、そして計画を行動に移す勇気によって築かれる。行動はしばしば不確実性や不安、そして予測できない未来を伴う。しかし時間の経過とともに、これらの経験は確かな前進の一歩となる。それぞれの一歩には投資が必要である。時間、資源、規律、そしてビジョンへの投資である。生きる価値のある人生は、投資する価値のある人生でもある。この考え方が、私たちのりんごとぶどうの農園の背景にある哲学である。私たちの農園は単なる農業ではない。時間と資源だけでなく、愛と長期的なビジョンを投資している。私たちが育てているのは果実だけではない。人、関係性、そして新たな機会である。Quietude において、Human Reintegration OS は理論ではない。行動である。農業や地域に根ざした活動を通して、孤立、失業、社会的断絶を経験した人々に機会を生み出している。農業は、自信を取り戻し、責任を学び、社会と再びつながる場所となる。困難を抱える人々と向き合うことは、私自身にとっても鍛えられる過程である。人を支えることは一直線ではない。人の変化は複雑で、予測できないものである。ある日は、再び挑戦しようとする人がいる。 別の日には、同じ人がすべてをあきらめることもある。 ある日には、怒りや不満を抱えていることもある。 また別の日には、自由で気楽に過ごしていることもある。感謝されると思った瞬間に、新たな要望や課題、あるいは沈黙に直面することもある。それは決して容易ではない。しかし、それこそが人の社会復帰の現実である。この過程の中で、私自身もまた形づくられている。人を支えることは、理解を深め、思いやりを育み、規律を強める。先が見えない中でも、私たちは共に前に進み続けている。人の社会復帰には善意だけでは足りない。ビジョン、時間、財政的持続性、そして地域の支えが必要である。その中でも規律は不可欠である。持続可能な変化は、一時的な熱意ではなく、継続的で体系的な努力によって生まれる。私の願いは、日本をより良い社会にすることである。私は日本と日本の人々を心から大切に思っている。この取り組みは、上田と池袋という地域から始まる。教育、つながり、仕事の訓練、そしてお金の流れを生み出す仕組みづくりを通して、人が人生の意味と尊厳を再び見出し、社会に参加できるようにすることを目指している。人の社会復帰は慈善ではない。 それは社会インフラである。 それは持続可能性である。 それは未来である。りんごやぶどうの予約注文を通じて、この取り組みを支援することができる。また、農業体験に参加し、人の社会復帰の一員となることもできる。

人を理解することから始まる Human Reintegration
