I didn't mention my improved health much in the video, but since going vegan and high fruit and greens, I no longer suffer from chronic asthma, which I did for over 30 years. At 13:33 I mentioned Cassava and potatoes, which were not the best examples for starchy plants that take a lot of work; pretend I said Wheat instead. Cassava and potatoes are both incredible whole foods and food forest crops because they both produce a lot, and you can propagate them easily from cuttings.
