<p>今回のエピソード１４では、最近僕が取り組んでいるプラクティスについてお話ししています。</p> <p>夜行うルーティーンの１つなのですが、その日にあった良いこと・ポジティブなことだけを思い出して、ノートに書くようにするというプラクティスです。</p> <p>このプラクティスによって、今まであまり記憶に残らなかったことが記憶に残り、自分の毎日に対して、自分の捉え方が良い方に変化し始めました。</p>
