Hoe Amerika de koloniale wereldorde herstelde
De Koude Oorlog was helemaal niet zo 'koud’ als we vaak leren. Volgens schrijver Chris de Ploeg was het vooral een bloedhete oorlog in het Mondiale Zuiden.
