Penjualan Rokok Batangan Picu Perokok Anak Meningkat
<p> Jumlah perokok anak di Indonesia terus mengalami kenaikan. Upaya menaikkan harga cukai rokok pun masih belum efektif mengatasi masalah akses anak terhadap rokok. Disinyalir, rokok yang dijual batangan dan harganya murah menjadi pemicu banyaknya anak yang merokok. Dalam rangka mengendalikan kemudahan dan keterjangkauan anak membeli rokok, Pusat Kajian Jaminan Sosial Universitas Indonesia (PKJS-UI) memberikan beberapa rekomendasi dalam studi terbarunya, diantaranya adalah, warung rokok eceran masih sangat padat dan dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh penduduk termasuk anak-anak. Maka, pemerintah dalam hal ini Kementerian Kesehatan perlu mendukung opsi pelarangan penjualan rokok secara batangan pada revisi PP 109/2012 tentang Pengamanan Bahan yang Mengandung Zat Adiktif Berupa Produk Tembakau bagi Kesehatan.
