Radiohead 35, Ep. 9 - 27/07/2023
In questo penultimo episodio di Radiohead 35 le bonus tracks delle ristampe celebrative degli album Kk computer e Kid Amnesiac, alcuni dei progetti solisti di Thom York e soprattutto la band con Jonny Greenwood The Smile, un progetto ancora una volta di grandissimo spessore e qualità, The Smile hanno pubblicato un disco davvero bellissimo e un altro in arrivo. Tutto questo ci fa anche chiedere se e quando ritroveremo il quintetto di Oxford insieme per un nuovo lavoro dei Radiohead, ancora non abbiamo nessuna risposta, ma possiamo attendere piacevolmente con la musica che i singoli componenti dei gruppo ci regalano ogni anno.

Siamo nel 2016. Dopo numerosi progetti collaterali e anni di attesa, i Radiohead tornano con un nuovo album . A Moon Shape Pool. Un album intriso di poesia, riflessivo e malinconico, A Moon Shaped Pool è un disco pieno di emozioni, in grande contrasto con le atmosfere glaciali e la complessità di The King of Limbs, il precedente lavoro uscito 5 anni prima.
