Rage Cage - Episode June 19, 2026

Story time!

One of my favourite (and top!) courses was drama, which I took throughout my high school years. Also acted in numerous school plays as well, and when I broke the news to my teachers (and even to my high school principal!) that I was accepted by U of C for Drama major, they all told me, "I knew you'd make it!". My principal even said, "You might be back here in few years TEACHING drama!" I was thinking: "Hey, I may even become a Drama prof at universities!" Anything was possible, as my confidence was in sky high! Well, by the end of my second year at U of C, I had to make some decisions, because I was flunking pretty bad! Anymore bad scores, and I'm OUT! So I had to make decisions fast. After much thinking, since I was already using my drama and theatre experience with my radio show, I've decided to go ahead and change majors. I absolutely have no regret in trying, and to this day, I still incorporate some of the teachings of late Dr. Keith Johnstone, the ONLY prof. that actually gave me decent scores! Calgary was lucky to have such an AMAZING coach! As for me, I still have NO regrets for trying, and you won't always get the result you want, but you just make the best of it, and remember to be HAPPY!

Playlist:

Deathraiser - One Step to the Grave

Deathraiser - Thrash or Be Thrashed

Deathrow - Pledge To Die

Death - Left To Die

Culled - Coercion

Decapitated - Suffer the Children (Napalm Death cover)

Napalm Death - Inside the Torn Apart

Terrorizer - Fear of Napalm

Jungle Rot - When the Elders Rise

Jungle Rot - Savage Rite

Jungle Rot - Murder One

Fleshcrawl - Reign Forever

Vader - Rapid Fire (Judas Priest cover)

Slayer - Dissident Aggressor (Judas Priest cover)

Arch Enemy - Starbreaker (Judas Priest cover)

Judas Priest - Raw Deal

Twisted Sister - Sin After Sin

Dee Snider - For the Love of Metal

Primal Fear - Living For Metal

Nukem - Into the Kill Zone

Nukem - TV Crime (Black Sabbath cover)

Black Sabbath - Sins of the Father

Dio - Night People

Dokken - Night By Night

Kreator - Gangland (Tygers of Pan Tang cover)

Tygers of Pan Tang - Blackjack

Fastway - Easy Livin'

Uriah Heep - Easy Livin'

Edguy - Out Of Control

Blue Oyster Cult - After Dark

Budgie - Breaking All the House Rules

Peter Frampton - Breaking All the Rules

Billy Squier - You Know What I Like

Billy Squier - In The Dark

Billy Squier - The Stroke

AC/DC - Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap

AC/DC - Shot Down in Flames

AC/DC - Shoot To Thrill

AC/DC - C.O.D.

Diesel - Sausolito Summernight

Donnie Iris - Ah Leah!

REO Speedwagon - Don't Let Him Go

REO Speedwagon - Take It On a Run

Hanabie - Gal This Summer

Rage Cage - Episode June 5, 2026

Well, since everyone's sharing their "first time we met" stories on social media, as it typically seems to be anniversary season, instead of getting annoyed, ... what the heck, I'll share mine too! What? Nat Kaos was actually in LOVE at one point? Believe it or not, it's true! It was the summer of 1992, when I visited Japan for the first time since childhood. It was there, when I met Izumi. When our eyes met, they instantly became glued, and next thing we know, we're chatting over a tea at a nearby cafe. Coming back to Canada was the last thing on my mind, as I REALLY wanted to spend more time with her, and possibly start our new chapter together. However, ultimately, we (reluctantly) agreed that, because our lives were different, in different places, we should go separate ways to take care of our own future plans first. However, we still dated each other for the rest of my summer in Japan, ... and on our last day together, at the Osaka airport, ... we held onto each other for what seemed like an hour. My shirt felt like wet towel from her tears, and pretty sure there was some "sense" of regret, that maybe, something COULD'VE worked, because I sure felt that way. However, disrupting her future plan was something I would not forgive myself for, so it was for the best. 34 years later, ... I'm pretty sure she followed up on her plan to become a nurse, and made a difference to thousands of lives, I know she made a difference in MY life. Even after just 3 months together, I'm a better person, because of her. I still think about her, she will always be my angel. Love you Izumi!

As for this week's episode: yeah, little more heavier, ... and EVIL, than last week. It is the RAGE CAGE afterall. Muhahahahaaa!

Playlist:

Armored Saint - Epilogue

Category 7 - In Stitches

Anthrax - Got the Time (Joe Jackson cover)

Anthrax - It's For the Kids

Frozen Soul, featuring Robb Flynn - Invoke War

Machine Head - Davidian

Decapitated, featuring Robb Flynn - Iconoclast

Ingested, featuring John Gallagher - Watch You Fold

Dying Fetus - Undulating Carnage

Vomitory - Cataclysmic Fleshfront

Vehemence - Nameless Faces, Scattered Remanants

Jungle Rot - Suffer In Silence

Vader - Incarnation

Embryonic Autopsy - Bathing In Entrails

Cannibal Corpse - Entrails Ripped From a Virgin's Cunt

Monstrosity - The Atrophied

Meltification - Nuclear Death Threat

Immolation - The Ephemeral Curse

Cryptopsy, featuring Bridget Lynch/Ben Duerr/Alexander Sason/Johnny Ciadullo/Malika Sanduramurthy - Blasphemy Made Fresh (2026 version)

W.M.D. - The Thin Red Line

W.M.D. - March of Death

W.M.D. - Against All Warnings

W.M.D. - Already Dead

Unlucky Morpheus - Ignis Fatuus Vacuitatis

Unlucky Morpheus - Onikobe

Unholy Orpheus - Get Out of the Cage

Kreator - Satanic Anarchy

Anvil - 666

Toxic Holocaust - 666

Slayer - Hell Awaits

Slayer - Praise of Death

Slayer - Evil Has No Boundaries (Live From Bochum 1985)

Slayer - Black Magic

Slayer - Raining Blood

Slayer - Blood Red

Slayer - Sex, Murder, Art

Geoff Tate - The Devil's Breath

Queensryche - Operation Mindcrime

Queensryche - Silent Lucidity

Galvanist - Atrophy
