CALIFORNIA'S POLITICS AND WATER (E94)
<p>I recently sent a text to my friends, it was a picture of me with a gorgeous San Diego sunset in the background. The text accompanying the picture stated, "California's politics suck, but the (January) sunsets do not". This is very apparent in how the state handles excessive water accumulation like we've had in the recent snow and rain storms. The states mis-managed water for several years and unfortunately shows no signs of stopping.
