We believe there is something mesmerising about women getting together and sharing their experiences. Working on a common goal of using our voices to uplift, empower and motivate women from near and far, we want to help you harness your story and tell it to as many as will listen.
It is our belief that the words you speak form the house you live in and we want to empower women to build their homes with understanding, compassion, empathy and a whole lot of SELF LOVE!
In this month's episode, we interview Shannyn all about her career as a mechanic and hear from her about the things she does to ensure she is making an impact where she is passionate.
As a young person, Shannyn was offered the opportunity to work for a local mechanic after falling in love with his car and found quickly that there was no place she would rather be then understanding the mechanics of mechanics both from under the hood and in the office.
Through fire, strength and determination she has forged her way as a female mechanic and speaks about the importance of creating space for a woman's touch in the workplace; and more specifically, male-dominated industries.
With swift problem solving skills and proven competence from multiple angles, Shannyn proves that women in STEM are not to underestimated.

PEER MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT & WORKING AS A LIVED EXPERIENCE ADVOCATE
Suzanne is an incredible force of strength, persistence and passion who is ready to show those fighting mental health battles that they are not alone and are more than their illnesses.
With lived experiences of bipolar and schizo-affective disorder, Suzanne works to empower people as a model, activist, fashion blogger, pageant queen, artist and her day job, as a peer mental health worker.
Though she is ambitious and always working on her own goals, Suzanne's courage and zest for life know no bounds as she speaks freely about her experiences, difficulties and journey's high's and lows as she was diagnosed, navigated this with her family and used her social media to advocate for women with invisible illnesses.
